Kirazz House at 4 Buller Street, Kingscote is a self contained 3 bedroom holiday house surrounded by lawn and is located close to the seafront, and Kingscote town centre. Main attractions nearby are beach access, cliff walk, fishing jetty, pubs, cafes, souvenir shops, art galleries, supermarket, local shops, pelican feeding, boat launching, historic areas and museum.
The house features three bedrooms: Ist bedroom has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, accommodating up to eight guests with full cooking facilities, fully outfitted kitchen, laundry with washing machine and dryer, split system reverse cycle air conditioning and evaporative air conditioning. All linen is provided. The bathroom has a shower over the bath with hand rails. Toilet is separate. There is a large undercover BBQ entertainment area. Outside there is a fishcleaning sink and hose.
