Oceanview Eco Villas is a premium award winning fully-hosted eco-luxury accommodation located on a 500-acre rural property, nestled atop the stunning Kangaroo Island coastline known as ‘Redbanks’. Just a convenient 20 minute drive from Kingscote Airport, and a 30 minute drive from both Penneshaw and Kingscote, they are ideally located for exploring the Island.
With private villa dining, Guests enjoy a Kangaroo Island gin cocktail each evening, with three course gourmet dinner prepared with fresh, seasonal produce and accompanied by South Australian wine each evening, and two course cooked breakfast served daily. The butler’s pantry is generously provisioned with local produce, and is there to enjoy during your stay.
The two villas, which each comprise of two bedrooms with private ensuites and generous living space, offer stunning coastal views from every room. The off-grid, eco design and build gives guests a personalised 5-star experience along with the good feelings that come with leaving a small footprint and an ethos that seeks to both restore and give back to the environment.

Both of the villas (Villa Flinders and Villa Baudin) are identical in design and located close enough to offer the same view without compromising privacy.
Each villa features a large living and eating area in the middle with a beautiful gas fire and large glass windows looking over Nepean Bay.
Each end of the villas features large bedrooms with a king bed, as well as an ensuite with a double shower and a bath with bi-fold windows.

All inclusive, including gourmet 3 course dinner accompanied by wine, 2 course cooked breakfast and daily service. Luxury private touring also available. Prices start at $1539 pp for one night, however if more than two guests are traveling, then additional guests are $935 pp per night.
