Raven Cottage is a fully equipped chalet style timber cottage. It is surrounded by low melaleuca scrub which abounds in wildlife. The decks are especially suited to bird-watching, feeding the resident possums and wallabies or taking in a breathtaking sunrise.
The cottage is sheltered from the superb Vivonne Bay beach which can be heard at night and is only a few minutes walk away. Vivonne Bay has been voted the best beach in Australia and is ideal for fishing, surfing or just strolling, hand in hand.
The Harriet River is close by and abounds in fish. Kayaks and canoes can be hired for a delightful tour on the river itself.
Raven Cottage is centrally located for the island’s major natural attractions including Seal Bay, Kelly Hill Caves, Flinders Chase National Park, Remarkable Rocks, Admirals Arch and the Little Sahara’s.
