Moolooloo Station is the best-kept secret in the Flinders Ranges. 4WD magazine called it Wilpena without the tourists, and that pretty much sums it up. The surrounding ranges are breathtaking. With various accommodation options ranging from remote and private camping, the historic Shearer’s Quarters, the secluded Blinman Hut, and the newly renovated Stuart Homestead, there is something to suit everyone.
While you are here spend your days exploring the 600 square kilometre working sheep station on the 4WD drives and walks, step back in time at the historic Nuccaleena mine, and feel the spirit of the Adnyamathanha people at the ancient etchings and paintings on the property. A great location for a unique and private Flinders Ranges experience. No shared areas. Dogs welcome.
