21 – Black Point

21 is a lovely updated holiday shack that accommodates up to 6 guests, beautiful views of the ocean with access to the beach!

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric stovetop/oven, microwave, Delonghi Nespresso coffee pod machine (BYO pods), slow cooker, electric frypan, food processor. Dining table/chair, baby high chair, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, living room with 4 seater lounge, 1 single seater, TV, blue tooth speaker, X Box – no games used as DVD player.

Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity and w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer, clothes airer.

Covered front patio with outdoor setting.

Fish cleaning facility.

Dog friendly – not fenced – A $100 refundable pet bond will apply – Please advise in the notes sections if you wish to bring dog – the $100 pet bond will be added manually by office staff when booking processed.
