Rose’s Beach House

Roses Beach House is an absolute beachfront family shack at Black Point. You can walk out the front door and step out on to the sand – it doesn’t get any better than this at Black Point!

With 4 bedrooms (queen, trio bunk, queen and 2 single beds, Roses Beach House sleeps up to 9 guests (maximum 8 adults). Quilts & pillows are provided, guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels & tea-towels) with them for their stay.

Roses Beach House has 1 bathroom with a shower (no bath) & a separate toilet.

There are 2 separate living areas at Roses Beach House; with reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning upstairs & downstairs.

The living rooms have comfortable seating with 2 flat screen digital televisions, DVD player and DVDs.

Downstairs is a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, large fridge/freezer & oven; while upstairs is a small kitchenette with a bar fridge.

Outside there is an outdoor entertaining area overlooking the beach with seating & dining facilites, and a hooded gas barbecue and downstairs there is table tennis and a dart board.

Roses Beach House has plenty of off street parking, with room for cars and boats.
