The bathroom is ensuite to both bedrooms and provides a shower over a full-size bath.

The roomy well equipped kitchen is complete with microwave, pizza oven, large refrigerator and separate freezer.

Sit on the front veranda and enjoy watching the abundant bird life or take a short stroll to the local beaches.

The rear deck provides an excellent sheltered barbecue and outdoor eating area, whilst the fully fenced yard provides a safe haven for children to play. Crab rakes and tub is provided.
