3 by the Sea at Coobowie Unit 1 is one of three units with one bedroom, accommodating up to three guests (the lounge is a sofa bed, suitable for a child). Close to the beach, playground, tennis courts and within walking distance to the hotel.

Open plan kitchenette, dining/living area with fridge freezer, microwave, large air fryer/oven (no oven/stovetop), toaster, kettle, toastie machine, a dining table, TV and DVD player, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, two seater lounge/sofa bed – suitable for one child only.

Bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower,
Small outdoor area with table and chairs, flat top gas BBQ.
Shared laundry at rear of property with two front-loading washing machines, washing powder, large chest freezer, clothes airers, iron, ironing board, laundry trough.
