3 by the Sea at Coobowie Unit 3 is one of three units that has three bedrooms, accommodates up to eight guests. Close to the beach, playground, tennis courts and within walking distance to the hotel.

Open-plan kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, electric stove/oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, toastie maker, and dining area with a table and six chairs.

Living area with large two-seater lounges, TV and DVD player, and a small selection of DVDs and games.

3 bedrooms, main with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, wardrobe, portacot, ensuite with vanity, walk-in shower and w/c, 2nd bedroom with fan/light, 3rd bedroom with wardrobe, fan/light.

Main bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, bath and water closet.
Outdoor area with picnic table/chairs, flat top gas BBQ.
Shared laundry at rear of property
Shared fish cleaning facility
Dogs allowed – please note yard is not fenced

Bed configuration – bed 1 – queen, bed 2 – single day bed, bed 3 – 2 x bunk beds, 1 single bed.
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen – pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
