Ocean 17 is a charming three-bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to eight guests and is just a short walk from the beach.

The open-plan kitchen includes a microwave and flows into the dining and lounge area, which is equipped with a TV, VCR, and DVD player. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet. The laundry is fitted with a top-loading washing machine and dryer.

Outside, guests can enjoy the deck with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. There are also fish cleaning facilities and plenty of room for a boat.

The bed configuration includes a queen bed in the first bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two bunk beds in the third bedroom. Pillows and quilts are provided, but guests need to bring their own linen, including pillowcases, top and bottom sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home, and pets are not allowed. This includes visiting pets, and any pets sighted at the property will result in the loss of the bond.
