Hardwicke Espy

Hardwicke Espy is a spacious four-bedroom, two-storey holiday home that accommodates up to twelve guests and is just a short walk from the beach.

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer, and oven, and flows into the dining area and living space, which features a reverse cycle split system air-conditioner and a TV (no DVD). The balcony, with its outdoor setting, offers a great spot to relax. All bedrooms upstairs have a queen-size bed and ceiling fans. Additionally, the third bedroom includes a single bed, and the fourth bedroom has a tri-bunk (double on the bottom, single on top).

Downstairs, there is another open-plan kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and oven, along with a dining area and lounge space that includes two ceiling fans, a TV/Blu-ray DVD player, and a table tennis table. The bathroom downstairs features a vanity, shower, toilet, and laundry sink (no washing machine).

The undercover outdoor entertaining area is equipped with two gas BBQs and an outdoor setting, perfect for alfresco dining. There is also a fish cleaning facility and plenty of room for parking cars and boats.

Guests need to bring their own linen, including pillowcases, top and bottom sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The garage is not available for use. Smoking is not permitted inside the home, and pets are not allowed.
