Relax on Royston is a lovely 4-bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 10 guests, close to the beach, playground across the road.

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas stove top, microwave, dishwasher, K-Fee coffee pod machine (BYO large pods), kettle, toaster. Dining area with table/chairs, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, living area with 2 x 3 seater lounges, 2 x coffee tables, large smart TV.
High chair.
Bathroom with vanity, shower, bath, w/c, front loading washing machine in the vanity cupboard.
Rear undercover deck with outdoor setting, hooded 6 burner bbq plumbed to house gas, built in bar fridge. Fully fenced rear yard with clothesline, fish cleaning facility, fire pit – winter only – BYO wood.
Plenty of room for parking and the boat.
Shed not for guests use.
Bed configuration – bed 1 – queen, bed 2 – queen, bed 3 – Tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top), bed 4 – Tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top).
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen – pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
No smoking inside
