Goldsmiths – Bush Campground

Just 10 km from Edithburgh (via Wattle Point Road and Heel Road—8 km unsealed), Goldsmith’s Campground offers a spacious, well-defined retreat with unallocated sites suitable for large vans. From the campground, Goldsmith’s Beach is in sight—ideal for swimming, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, and beach walks. The shore is mostly sandy, though a nearby reef and occasional seaweed add to its natural charm.
A toilet is provided, but self-sufficient camping is encouraged. The nearest bin bank is in Edithburgh (Sultana Point Drive, across from the Caravan Park). Edithburgh, a historic coastal town, offers a range of amenities, including cafés, a general store, two hotels, a museum, local crafts, public toilets, a petrol station, jetty, boat ramp, and shops.
