This two-bedroom sleeps 4 – a queen in each room with all bedding and linen provided.

A well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and appliances, including a sandwich press, rice cooker, and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a large unfenced yard with outdoor seating, dining area on front verandah.

Off-street parking; room for 3 cars & boat in the yard; secure garage parking for 1 car. Yard has space for trailers/trucks, making it an option for tradies working on Yorke Peninsula or students.

Located easy walking distance to Maitland main street, The Village Eldercare retirement complex, and Maitland Hospital.
