Roshy’s Retreat

Roshy’s Retreat is a three-bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to eight guests and offers some sea views from the front deck, just a short walk from the beach.

The open-plan kitchen includes a microwave, under-bench oven, stovetop, and fridge/freezer. The dining area has a sliding door to the back covered verandah, while the living area features a TV, DVD, CD player, and a split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, with a sliding door leading to the covered front deck.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bathroom includes a vanity and shower, with a separate toilet. The laundry is equipped with a top-loading washing machine. The fully fenced gravelled backyard includes a clothesline and gas BBQ.

The bed configuration is as follows: the first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed plus a trundle, and the third bedroom has two single beds plus a trundle. There is plenty of room for parking and the boat, but the garage is not for use.

Pillows and quilts are provided, but guests need to bring their own linen, including pillowcases, top and bottom sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels.

Pt Turton has a General Store with groceries, bait, ice, fuel, baked pastries, and takeaway food. Smoking is not permitted inside, and pets are not allowed, including visiting pets.
