Main bedroom with queen bed, renovated bathroom with shower, vanity and w/c, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner – adjacent to door will cool the unit.
Undercover area with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Fully fenced grassed yard adjacent to undercover area.
Plenty of parking for cars and boats. Shared laundry, fish cleaning and crab cooker facility, boat/motor wash area complete with hoses.
Pillows and quilts provided, guests need to bring their own linen – pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat, tea towels.
No smoking inside.
