Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, dining, lounge area with TV, DVD, slow combustion heater (BYOwood) and ducted air-conditioning. A second lounge room/kids retreat with TV, VCR and videos. Bathroom with vanity, shower, bath. Laundry with top loading washing machine, dryer and sink.
Unit – 3 bedrooms, accommodates 6 guests – Bedroom 1 – Queen bed, Bedroom 2 – 1 bunk, Bedroom 3 – 1 bunk, open plan tiled kitchen/dining/living area with microwave, fridge/freezer, TV and air-conditioner. Bathroom with vanity, shower, w/c, top loading washing machine and laundry sink.
The property has an excellent shaded outdoor entertaining area with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Large lawned area, fully fenced yard. Fishing cleaning facility.
