The Porthole

The Porthole is a fully renovated, 60-year-old home that comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is located within 100 metres of the main street and swimming beach.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The living room features a reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, a 50″ Smart TV (bring your own portable WiFi to enjoy the full benefits), and a DVD player. There is direct access to a paved courtyard area with an outdoor setting, BBQ, and a second w/c. The bathroom includes a vanity, shower, w/c, and a front-loading washing machine.

The bed configuration includes a queen bed in the first bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom, and a bunk bed in the third bedroom. Pillows and quilts are provided, but guests need to bring their own linen, including pillowcases, sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels.

The Porthole is situated at the rear of a 1000 square metre allotment and shares the site with Ramsay’s Retreat. Both accommodations can be rented individually for smaller groups or together for larger groups.

Port Vincent is ideal for fishing, boating, and sailing, and offers a variety of shops, cafes, take-away options, and excellent hotel dining facilities, all just a short stroll away.

Smoking is not permitted inside, and pets are not allowed, including visiting pets.
