Living area with kitchenette – sink, microwave, bar fridge, lounges, non smart TV, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, ceiling fan/light.
3 bedrooms all with ceiling fan/lights and wardrobes.
Main bathroom with shower, bath tub, vanity, w/c. Laundry with top loading washing machine, dryer.
Child stair gates for upstairs and downstairs.
Porta cot, highchair, Iron/Ironing board
Fenced rear yard with clothesline, fish cleaning facility.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen – pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
King bed sheets only (top/bottom, not including pillow cases) for the main bed can be hired -enquire with office staff. No smoking inside. NO PETS
