The connection between wine and food is central to the philosophy at St Hugo. Our philosophy can be explored to another level through our St Hugo ‘Garden to Table’ experience, spending time in our Kitchen Garden and enjoying the company and expertise of both our Kitchen and Front of House team.

Beginning with a glass of Champagne, take a walk through our Kitchen Garden, and select some garden produce to be used in the preparation of your lunch. Hosted by our St Hugo Chef, take a tour of our garden with the opportunity to pick some of the fresh produce that will be transformed in front of your eyes by our kitchen team.
