The most awarded dining experience in the Clare Valley sits the historic Watermark Hotel offering a comprehensive Wine Masterclass at 11 am daily completed with sumptuous lunch. Barossa Valley
Casa Carboni is headed up by Fiona and Matteo Carboni who combine their culinary talent with local producers to provide a distinctly Barossa-Italian gastronomic experience.
You will be cooking a 4 course meal then sitting together ‘a tavola’ (at the table) to enjoy your creations with matched European wines and coffee to finish.
*Classes commence 9am & conclude at approx. 3pm
McLaren Vale
Santopalato are located in the heart of the Fleurieu Region, near McLaren Vale. Pino & Lorena herald from Sicily and bring to concept of ‘La cucina povera’ which is about making delicious meals from fresh, locally sourced ingredients, that often have no more that 4-5 ingredients. Their aim is to share with customers the diversified flavours influenced by the many different cultures that occupied Sicily over the centuries.
