Beyond Wellness Co – Barossa

Adventure and Outdoors Tours

The Barossa Valley is one of Australia’s most celebrated wine regions. It’s also one of its most beautiful locations to slow down and connect when you know where to look.

Beyond Wellness Co offers premium place-based wellness experiences set in the Barossa’s most distinctive landscapes, from the forest trails of Kaiserstuhl Conservation Reserve to the open skies above the vines. Each experience is designed to help you feel genuinely present in this valley, not just pass through it.

Experiences range from a guided morning walk and breathwork session in the forest, to a chef-prepared picnic in the conservation reserve, to aerial wellness adventures combining scenic helicopter flights with time on the ground. Multi-night accommodation packages are also available at the best accommodation locations.

Whether you’re visiting the Barossa for the first time or returning to see it differently, our experiences are guided by expert facilitators, grounded in this place, and designed to help you reconnect with what matters.

Suitable for individuals, couples, small groups, and corporate teams. Available on set departure days and by private arrangement.

This guided walk offers a quieter way to experience the Barossa. Set within Kaiserstuhl Conservation Reserve, the experience brings guests into native scrubland and open walking trails for 60-90 minutes of guided movement, breathwork and sensory attention.

A Beyond Wellness facilitator leads the group at an accessible pace, with pauses that invite guests to notice the land, slow their breathing and reconnect with their body. The focus is not fitness or performance. It is presence, perspective and a steadier start to the day.

The walk concludes with tea and light refreshments, allowing time to sit, talk or simply take in the stillness of the reserve before returning to the rest of the Barossa experience.

This is the entry point into the Kaiserstuhl range – simple, grounded and ideal for visitors, accommodation guests or small groups seeking a gentle, place-based wellbeing experience.

Forest to Sky begins at ground level. Guests transfer by car from Barossa Helicopters to a forest site in the conservation reserve, where a Beyond Wellness facilitator leads a guided place-based walk through native Barossa landscape. Breathwork, sensory attention and gentle pauses support the group to settle into the morning.

A chef-prepared picnic follows, giving guests time to eat slowly and connect in the forest before the experience lifts into its second perspective. Barossa Helicopters then returns the group to base with a scenic flight over the valley, vineyards and ridgelines.

The sequence is deliberate: first grounding, then elevation. Guests move through the landscape before seeing it from above, which gives the flight a deeper sense of meaning and arrival.

Priced per pod, with up to three guests per pod.
