Counterbalance is an impressive sculpture that was commissioned to acknowledge Loxton’s Centenary of Proclamation in 2007.
Each of the sculpture’s 10 glass plates represent a decade of the town’s history. The structure points directly north, acting as a large sundial during daylight hours. At night time spotlights illuminate the glass panels from below.
