Waikerie Silo Art

The Waikerie Silo Art mural is located in a unique clifftop position in the heart of town. The silos showcase artworks on both sides, which can be seen from within the town and the River Murray. The theme of the big double silo project is “Healthy River, Healthy Community“. The Murray River means everything to the local community who have supported the project, which has been funded by the South Australian Government and supported by Nature Foundation SA.
The silos have been painted by artists Garry Duncan and Jimmy Dvate.
