Sprout’s Market to Plate cooking class is an educational and sensory experience through one of Adelaide’s most iconic food destinations. You’ll discover insider secrets, taste amazing local produce, and learn techniques that will transform your shopping and cooking forever.
Start with a cheese board on arrival at Sprout and then you’ll be whisked off to Adelaide Central Market where you’ll learn how to select the freshest local ingredients. Then it’s back to the kitchen to transform them into a restaurant quality two-course meal.
Along the way the experts at Sprout will show you how to select fruits, vegetables, meat and seafood and you’ll sample some of their favourite products from the Market.
It’s the perfect day out. And you’ll leave with the skills and confidence to recreate it again at home.
