Join Chef Matias Alvarez Diaz on a journey through the flavours of Spain. From the vibrant spices of Andalucía to the refined tastes of Catalonia, Matias brings the soul of Spanish cuisine to life with passion, tradition, and creativity.

Trained in Madrid and seasoned in the kitchens of London and Germany, Matias has nearly 20 years of experience in fine dining and international cuisine. Now based in Adelaide, he shares his expertise as a culinary educator while keeping his deep connection to Spain alive. Each year, he returns with his family to immerse in its culture and bring back new inspiration for his cooking.
