Join one of South Australia’s most celebrated cheesemakers, Sheree Sullivan from Udder Delights, for a hands-on, fun, and informative cheesemaking class at Grunthal Brew. With over 25 years of industry experience, Sheree brings both expertise and energy to this immersive experience—now delivered in the purpose-built Greenhouse.
Participants will learn to make fresh feta from scratch and discover how the same base recipe can be adapted to create soft-ripened cheeses like camembert.
The class includes:
A guided tasting cheese masterclass
House-made ciabatta and a glass of Hesketh wine or Grünthal beer
Coffee or tea with freshly baked cakes
Take-home recipes, a starter pack of small cheesemaking tools, and a $10 in-store voucher
