bp Adelaide Grand Final

The Adelaide Street Circuit is world renowned both for the excellent racing and the race atmosphere that takes over the city. The 3.219 km (2.000 mi) circuit has played host for the Adelaide 500 Supercars event since 1999.

The bp Adelaide Grand Final is Australia’s largest domestic ticketed motorsport event and will the season finale event for the Repco Supercars Championship.

This year will be the 26th time the cars will make their way around the famous street circuit. The event program is well advanced and will include a significant number of events across the action packed weekend including driver autograph sessions, exotic vehicle displays, sideshows, family entertainment and much more.

As the action on the track draws to a close, the action off the track revs up with some of Australia’s and the worlds biggest acts taking to the stage in the scenic surrounds of the Adelaide parklands.

The significance of the bp Adelaide Grand Final as an event of true national and international renown was highlighted when the legendary motor sport authority Murray Walker, described it as the ‘best touring car event in the world’.
