Texas Style BBQ has arrived at Old Mill Brewery in Tanunda, bringing an authentic, wood-fired barbecue experience to the Barossa Valley.
Led by Sally Can Wait Kitchen, this limited Sunday offering showcases traditional pit-smoked cooking, with meats prepared over real wood on “Frank” — a rare Yoder Smoker imported from the USA.
Guests can enjoy a AUD90 pit-smoked platter for two, featuring brisket, pulled pork, chicken wings and sausage links, served with a choice of three sides and three house-made sauces.
Available Sundays from 12pm to 3pm for a limited time.
Pre-orders are required for all platters — limited quantities are released each week and once sold out, no additional servings are available.
