Your host, Susi, will introduce guests to the benefits of intermittent fasting, as they prepare meals which support your hormones. Intertwined with this, guests will enjoy coastal walks, exhilarating ice baths, toasty saunas, a soothing sound healing, and quiet reflection time, while creating connection with other women.

Located in a tranquil seaside township, the KI Dragonfly is a delightful guesthouse that “feels like a warm hug”. There’s a porch swing, a veggie patch, snuggly comfortable beds, and the comforts of home.
