Kalleske Cellar Lunch – Wine vs Beer… There can only be one!?

Introducing the Kalleske Cellar Lunch, a sumptuous four course Friday wine lunch not to be missed! Over the past two years the Kalleske Matinee Cellar series slowly evolved from its humble beginnings as a masterclass with canapés to a more generous lunch offering. With a new name, new themes, new mouth-watering menus and of course new wines Kalleske invite you to join them and experience a Cellar Lunch this year!

There is a firm belief among winemakers that you can’t make good wine without beer. That being said, is there an argument to be made for one over the other? Perhaps there is no ultimate choice but how will you know if without sitting down to compare and discuss the virtues of each over a paired four course lunch around the Kalleske cellar table. Each dish will be paired with two wines and two beers to explore the history of how beers and wines have matured into the delicious beverages enjoyed today
