Oyster Palooza is returning to our Distillery Door in McLaren Vale from 31 July to 2 August. Three days dedicated to fresh South Australian oysters, Shellies, and a drinks menu built to celebrate Oyster Shell Gin.
Settle in across the weekend with a lineup of freshly shucked oysters, coastal flavours, and drinks designed to match. Think bright, saline, citrus-led serves that bring Oyster Shell Gin to life.
