The Penola and Coonawarra Arts Festival takes place annually in May. The aim of the festival is to highlight excellence through the involvement of local, national, and international artists. The festival promotes Penola’s rich literary heritage, history, artists, live music, performing arts, film, children’s activities, and Coonawarra’s fine food and wine.
