After that pleasant surprise, you realise you need to drive further to the cellar door car park before walking to the food and tasting area, where Charlie and the team welcome you with a Benvenuti alla Cantina Scalzi .
Here your journey starts with a tasting of some of the best wines in the Barossa.
You can then follow with some Italian delicious food served from the Cucina.
