Open for dinner on Friday evenings from 6 pm, indulge, explore and savour superb food and wine combinations in a casual and contemporary atmosphere. Tapas is a social experience that celebrates the union between food, wine and friends. The philosophy is simple: share a number of small dishes and explore food and wine combinations.
Alternatively, let their Chefs and winemakers select for you, by choosing the Chefs Selection (AUD63 per person) matched to a selection of wine chosen by their winemakers (AUD25 per person). It is recommended booking to avoid disappointment.
Mr. Mick Wines, Cellar Door and Kitchen are named after the late K.H. (Mr. Mick) Knappstein, an Australian wine-making legend and Tim Adams’ mentor and friend. Tim and his wife Pam are proud custodians of the landmark property at 7 Dominic Street, Clare which now bears his name and houses a renowned restaurant, cellar door and gallery.
Tim continues Mr. Mick’s philosophy of making “affordable wines for everyone to enjoy,” introducing consumers to new and different varietals and crafting fine-quality traditional wines.
Mr. Mick is also open for lunch every day of the week from 12 pm to 3:30 pm
