Just under two hours north of Adelaide, in the heart of the Clare Valley, Paulett Wines is a family-owned winery in the scenic Polish Hill River.
Family owned and operated since 1983, Pauletts Cellar Door offers a relaxed tasting experience with sweeping views of the Polish Hill River. Guests can enjoy the elevated deck, take a behind-the-scenes look from the cellar door, and taste 19 wines, including six Rieslings, Sparkling Red, Semillon, Chardonnay, Cabernet, Rosé, Shiraz, and Grenache.
The Canapé & Wine Flight is the signature tasting experience, pairing selected wines with bite-sized, native-inspired creations. Visitors can also enjoy lunch at the hatted Bush deVine Restaurant, overlooking the valley.
