Since opening in October 2018, Slate Restaurant at Pikes has quickly earned a reputation as one of the Clare Valley’s premier dining experiences.

The restaurant offers a refined Modern Australian menu, with a strong focus on local, seasonal ingredients. Many dishes are inspired by the harvest from Slate’s own kitchen garden, celebrating the freshest produce the region has to offer.
