We are a micro brewery dedicated to the creation and enjoyment of quality ales and lagers, using only the best ingredients without additives or preservatives. In accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516, we use only four ingredients in making our beer. These are water, malt, hops and yeast. Our goal it to create beers of quality with an emphasis on appearance, aroma and taste. Cellar door is situated in a 150 year old wheat store in Greenock where visitors can taste and purchase our beers. Tours of the brewery are also available. We have a beer garden for customers to enjoy a glass or two, use of our bbq and also have on offer local cheese and chorizo platters.
