Curator Wine Co is found on its own vineyard in Marananga, with a philosophy to curate the finest wines from the Barossa Valley’s most exclusive sub-regions. Focusing mainly on old vine Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache from their own vineyard as well as various grower vineyards.
Through patience and low intervention, they make wines which are the truest reflection of their unique vineyard sites and their seasons.
