Imperial Measures Distilling is a fully functioning distillery containing it’s cellar door venue the Ounce Bar, which showcases their award winning spirits with tasting flights, bespoke cocktails and signature serves.
There is also always a selection of great South Australian beer and wine, great tunes, and a chef on the grill turning out what have become cult favourite burgers.
The Ounce Bar at Imperial Measures Distilling is open from Friday to Sunday. Lounge on chesterfield couches while you sip your favourite cocktail and listen to some great local live music acts.
