Imperial Measures Distilling is a fully functioning distillery containing it’s cellar door venue the Ounce Bar, which showcases their award winning spirits with tasting flights, bespoke cocktails and signature serves.
In this industrial warehouse-style space, there is always a selection of great South Australian beer and wine, great tunes, and a chef on the grill turning out what have become cult-favourite burgers.
The Ounce Bar at Imperial Measures Distilling is open from Friday to Sunday and can cater for up to 80 people. Drinks packages start at AUD65pp, and there is a range of different hire options available.
