When winter wraps around the Highlands, the heritage wool shed turns into the warmest spot in Tasmania. Join the Asado Rathmore Lamb Lunch, a long, laughter-filled feast running monthly from May-August. There’ll be Latin American snacks, music with a Highlands twist, guitars and percussion echoing through the rafters. Succulent Rathmore lamb born and raised on the farm, cooked asado-style over glowing coals, paired with local Invercarron wines or non-alcoholic options and finished with dessert.
