When winter wraps around the Highlands, the heritage wool shed turns into the warmest spot in Tasmania. Join the Rathmore Lamb Lunch, a long, laughter-filled feast running monthly from May-August. There’ll be music with a Highlands twist, echoing through the rafters. Succulent Rathmore lamb born and raised on the farm, cooked over glowing coals, paired with local Invercarron wines or non-alcoholic options and finished with dessert. and a tour of the heritage listed convict built homestead.
