It features a tastefully decorated bedroom and sitting room complete with comfy recliners to relax at day’s end. Cosy and warm, our delightful Studio boasts stunning Sawyer Bay views from every window. Off street parking.
The Studio Cottage was originally the building that housed a small farm dairy.
The Studio Cottage is a fully self-contained open living space, accommodating 2 people with a queen sized bed, the Studio has spectacular ocean views from each cottage window.
It features a well appointed bathroom and spacious kitchen/living areas.

This cottage is newly renovated and part of the original 1840 Cottage, with a fresh modern internal adaptation of the colonial era for which it was constructed. Beautifully presented specifically for the travellers requiring separate beds. Designed for comfort with quality bedding, in separate room, along with a lounge/sitting room with comfortable lounge recliners and footrests to relax and enjoy the wall mounted TV and enjoy that quiet evening in, just relaxing. Kitchenette also provided and cafe/restaurant next door where you can enjoy fresh scones, muffins, cakes and other delights, along with fabulous Genovese Coffee or huge variety of Teas, (Also Licensed)
This cottage also has adjoining access to Main Cottage and available for family/friends to stay together if required.
Twin Studio sleeps 2 but opens to adjoining Queen Cottage to increase capacity to 4.

Heritage listed, Touchwood Cottage was built in 1840 and is considered to be one of the earliest private residences in Stanley. Beautifully presented in period furniture with some modern additions, this charming cottage affords families plenty of space. A huge well appointed home style kitchen with a roaring wood fire invites you to sit around the colonial table and share good food, wine and stories of your day spent exploring this exciting part of Tasmania.
Featuring Queen room, a large fully refurbished bathroom with a claw foot bath and separate roll in shower and a quaint sitting room, this elegant Dame of a cottage makes sure everyone enjoys their time within her walls.
Adjacent Twin room has own sitting TV room with private bathroom & kitchenette & heating which can be separate to remaining cottage or opened up to cater for family of 4.

Nestled snugly at the bottom of the garden and likened to a Hansel and Gretel house this cottage has a large open plan living space downstairs featuring a cathedral ceiling and stunning bay views. The twin bedroom and bathroom are also on ground level. A spacious queen room is in the loft with double dormer windows showcasing stunning water views and the surrounding landscape.
The cottage is fully self-contained, and features a cosy wood heater, reverse cycle air con/heating, and a roomy open plan kitchen/lounge room area. Being elevated above the town gives this cottage an excellent view point to show off the stunning Sawyer Bay views.
