The units are air-conditioned, and weekly or daily rates are available. There is undercover parking, a large open living area, accessible kitchen, low level cupboards and easy access bathroom.

One night stay up to three guests is $190 per night, multiple nights stay rate is $180 per night. Extra guests (up to max five) $20 each per night.
