Seaview is a luxury short-stay accommodation in the form of a federation home with a Japanese inspired extension.
Seaview offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open plan living/kitchen dining area, and a second living space. Seaview is perched high on a hill with spectacular views of Hobart, the River Derwent and Mt Wellington (kunanyi).

These are typical rates, however prices vary if it is high season (ie Christmas/New Year, Easter, Dark Mofo). $500 is for 2 guests, prices increase $100 per guests, per night.
In addition to the accommodation fee we charge a $180 cleaning fee. We have a minimum 2 night stay.
