The head guide Declan, is a real deal oyster farmer down at Freycinet Marine Farm, working alongside the wonderful Giles and Julia Fisher to produce high quality pacific oysters and mussels, delivered straight from the farm to the shop.

It doesn’t get any fresher than eating oysters straight out of the ocean. So they invite you to pop on some waders, wade out into the waters, harvest oysters straight off the rack, and enjoy an authentic oyster farm tasting experience.
