Rheban Beach is just 12 km southeast of Orford. It’s a great walk along the beach, and around the corner to Earlham Lagoon, with stunning views of Maria Island just over the Mercury Passage.

The walk is approximately 7km return, so allow at least two hours, but much longer if wish to beachcomb with a variety of shells washed up.
Well worth the drive to the incredible beach.
