Using ingredients from the globally renowned agricultural area of the Huon Valley, the waters surrounding Bruny Island and what they’re growing in their own garden.

After a long lunch, punctuated by local wines, craft beers and a couple of small surprises, you’ll return to the luxury catamaran to cruise back to Hobart in quiet comfort, maybe indulging in a Tasmanian whisky or digestif before returning ashore at 4pm.
