They are a boutique distillery offering behind the scenes tours with the distiller, where visitors get to understand the process of making our single malt whisky from start to finish.

After the tour they get to taste the handmade spirits in the beautiful tasting room.

Located at Table Cape on the rugged NW coast of Tasmania only 100mtrs off the Bass Highway 7kms from Wynyard.

Behind the scenes Distillery tour with Head Distiller Matt

Here at Alchymia Distillery they grist, mash, ferment, distill and mature our single malt Whisky, on this tour Matt the head distiller and owner will take you behind the scenes to show you how they make the Single Malt Whisky from scratch here on site at Table Cape.

He will also explain the process of Gin and Vodka making and then you can move to the tasting room to taste these beautiful handcrafted spirits.
